Brad Williams has nearly four decades of experience in the financial service industry and has been specializing in the needs of retirees and pre-retirees since 2002. He recognized then that the industry’s typical cookie-cutter approach to post-retirement planning did not always produce what retirees need most: dependable and consistent retirement income. Since then, Brad has helped countless individuals and couples successfully make the transition from the accumulation stage of life to the distribution stage we call retirement.
He has been an independent investment advisor representative affiliated with Sound Income Strategies since 2016, and a Retirement Income Source® franchisee since 2018.
Brad’s weekly “Retirement Income Source” radio show can be heard on WBHP, where it has aired every Saturday morning for nearly a decade. He has also educated investors in the community by hosting free seminars and workshops over the last 20 years and as a frequent instructor at local colleges.

Lindsey Cotter is on a mission to help everyday investors achieve their financial goals with greater confidence and less stress using her expertise in The Universe of Income Generating Investment Options. Lisa Berry
Lisa graduated from Calhoun Community College and holds an associate degree in Applied Science in Business Administration/Office Technology and now has over 20 years in office management and bookkeeping. Previously, Lisa served in the U.S. Army as a Tactical Microwave/Satellite System Operator. She has two grown sons.
Lisa has been involved in a variety of volunteer opportunities, including as a PTA president, working with child advocacy groups and dog rescues, and serving as a volunteer for the North Alabama Zoological Society.
When not volunteering in off time, she loves to kayak, swim, and hang out with her Maltipoo, Gizmo.

Lexi brings five years of marketing experience to our team and is committed to connecting with others and creating messages that resonate with them. She graduated with honors from Athens State University with a bachelor’s degree in marketing, demonstrating her passion and dedication to her professional life.
Lexi loves all things fashion, which she demonstrates through her everyday office attire. She also enjoys reading, shopping, and traveling. Lexi is also a cat lover, owning four of her own.
Overall, Lexi is the definition of a go-getter, which is passed down from her two parents who are hard-working business owners. She is known for keeping herself busy, even when she needs to relax. Ty Erb
Retirement Income Source® welcomes Ty Erb as our new Client Service Advisor. Ty joins us from an extensive career in the financial services industry. While mostly his experience comes from banking and lending, he’s been a licensed advisor for over 15 years, making him extremely versatile in taking care of a variety of financial needs for clients. Ty is from Montgomery, and he graduated from Auburn University at Montgomery. He recently moved to the Huntsville area with his family.
He enjoys coaching soccer, skateboarding, and playing baseball and tennis with his two sons. He’s been married to his wife, Kimberly, for over 13 years and consistently brags about her cooking. You may also hear Ty strumming the guitar and singing at a local area restaurant from time to time. With all the activities Ty enjoys, he often finds connections with people and has a passion for helping clients achieve their financial dreams.
